Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

At Penn State diversity, inclusion, and equity are fundamental to the University’s values and mission to support all members of our Commonwealth and beyond. Diversity among students and faculty is a top priority for MatSE, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, and the Office of Educational Equity and each take an active role in promoting respect and embracing diversity.
