Each year at the end of the summer semester, MatSE holds the annual poster session for MatSE accelerated master’s students. The event fulfills the degree requirement for a poster presentation.
The Accelerated Master’s in Materials Science and Engineering is a one-year rigorous, interdisciplinary program requiring thirty credits for completion and culminating in a residential research project, poster presentation, and a scholarly paper. The MatSE holds annual poster session for accelerated master’s students program provides students with a strong foundation in materials science and engineering that can be applied across a broad range of disciplines in both industry and academia. The program is ideal for a scientist or an engineer with an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering science, mechanical engineering, nuclear engineering,
physics, materials science and engineering, or related degree.
